Major Payment Card Industry Research Web Site is Acquired

FORT MYERS, FL (May 7, 2007) Radcliffe Sherman LLC today announced the acquisition of Frederick, Maryland-based CardWeb.com, Inc., a leading provider of news, data, and research services to credit card, debit card and payment card executives worldwide since 1986. Terms of the asset sale were not disclosed.

CardWeb.com® pioneered the first daily news service for the payment card industry in 1995 when the Company launched its Web site. Shortly thereafter the firm added the first online financial surveillance and marketing intelligence service for the credit card business. Later, an online database of card industry executives and card form factors was introduced. Today, tens of thousands of professionals in more than 30 countries visit the Web site daily.

Radcliffe Sherman, which will operate under the CardWeb.com® brand, plans to expand the current services during the second and third quarter. The new entity will also retain CardWeb.com's satellite offices in New York City, London and Sydney. Robert B. McKinley, Founder and CEO of CardWeb.com, Inc. will continue to oversee the new Florida entity.

CardWeb.com currently offers the following subscription services:
