offering U.S. cardholders more than 1,000 opportunities to create or
recreate their "Priceless Memories." There are five grand prizes, with a
$40,000 value each, that enable you to go "anywhere you want, with anyone
you want" with up to 19 guests. MasterCard is also awarding 25
"Get-Together Weekend Trips", a $4,000 value each, which includes a trip
for four, including air and hotel, and 1,000 "Get-Together Dinners" for
four with a $200 value. Each time a U.S. cardholder uses their MasterCard
card for a domestic transaction between now and Dec 31st they are
