Bank of America is offering four grand prizes of $10,000 to teens applying for the new VISA Buxx card. BofA is also offering a free Polaroid i-Zone Instant Pocket Camera to all applicants for the new pre-paid reloadable stored-value card. To kick start the teen card, BofA has launched the "There's nothing like Buxx in your pocket sweepstakes" to promote the new card. A weekly random drawing will give away Polaroid Webster Mini Photographic Scanners. Four grand prizes of $10,000 will be given away to teens. The weekly drawings will be awarded during each of the first three weeks of the sweepstakes period and ten weekly prizes will be awarded at the last drawing date. The Buxx promotion runs through Nov. 14. Transactions are viewed on the Bank of America Web site by parents so the teen's spending can be monitored. The card is embossed with the teen's name. BofA launched its VISA Buxx card last month. U.S. Bancorp became the first VISA Buxx issuer with the release of its card on Aug. 21.
