VISA has stuffed cereal boxes across the U.S. with special Cash Cards worth up to $25,000 each. The holiday promotion is built around the new Universal movie "Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas!". As part of the promotion VISA has randomly inserted 10,000 Cash Cards in 85 million specially marked packages of Kellogg's brand cereals. VISA will give away 10,000 $20 cash cards and 600 $100 cash cards in Kellogg's cereal boxes, which may be redeemed at any ATM on the PLUS network. VISA also will give away two grand prize cards worth $25,000 each. VISA also launched a national sweepstakes Nov. 1 called "VISA and the Grinch Give Back The Holidays!." Till Dec. 31, VISA cardholders will be automatically entered for each purchase to win the total dollar amount purchased on their VISA card during the promotional period. A total of 500 winners will be selected. Wells Fargo will also offer a disposable, prepaid VISA card called 'Holiday Season Grinch Gift Card', via the bank's Web site and a toll-free phone number.
