Exxon and Mobil credit cards can now be used interchangeably. Exxon Mobil Corp. announced this week that customers may now use either their Exxon or Mobil credit card at all 14,000 Exxon and Mobil branded service stations in the USA. Both consumer and commercial credit cards will be accepted at Exxon and Mobil stations. The cross acceptance of Exxon and Mobil credit cards will be of particular benefit to customers who travel frequently because it will allow them to use their preferred payment method even when outside their preferred brand's trading area. Beginning in June, the prepaid Exxon Driver Cash Card and Mobil Go Card will also be accepted at both Exxon and Mobil stations. To obtain an Exxon or Mobil credit card, consumers may apply online at www.exxon.mobil.com and click on Consumer Services, or call 1-800-GET-EXXON (1-800-438-3996) for an Exxon Card or 1-800-266-6624 for a Mobil Card. Consumers can also pick up applications at their Exxon or Mobil service station.  The station locator at www.exxon.mobil.com will help consumers locate their nearest Exxon or Mobil station.
