Telebank, known for delivery of high value financial services via the Internet, has signed an agreement with First USA to offer an Internet-enabled credit card. The Telebank True.net card will have no annual fee, an introductory APR of just 3.9% for the first five months, and will offer a low 9.99% APR thereafter.
