Advertising Specifications

PDF AD 2250x346 pixels (300dpi) This ad is for the printed (pdf version) no animation allowed. Full color is encouraged and can be used for no additional cost. File must in .jpg, .tif, format and will be imported to a Adobe InDesign 2.0 document. Then exported to an Adobe PDF file. After clicking on the link below you may right mouse click and copy the JPG file and open it in a graphics program for use as a template. Full color is encourage and can be used for no additional cost. File must be in .gif if it is animated or .jpg if it is non-animated. (Click to view sample of an animated online ad)	TEXT AD We need a 50-100 word description for placement in the daily text version of the email. The text will be all one font. Should include phone number, email address and website link.
LOGO 140X140 pixels (72dpi) Your logo must fit inside the 140x140pixel area. Logo must be in .jpg or .gif format with max of 5k. (Click to view sample logo)
RUN OF SITE - CONSUMER ADVERTISING You must provide us the following 3 ad sizes: 468x60, 234x60, 120x60 (72dpi). 15k max file size. File must be in .gif if it is animated or .jpg if it is non-animated. (Click to view ad samples)
CONFERENCE PAGE AD 140x140 pixels (72dpi) This ad can have animation, but ad total size must be kept under 15KB. Must be in .gif format if animated. Or .jpg if still image.
